The included substances, which are arnica extracts, mountain pine oil and menthol, support the blood circulation as well as the regeneration in case of exhaustion, after sports activities and after physical efforts. The alcohol and menthol have a cooling effect, which also provides a pleasant feeling of relaxation in case of heavy legs.
Tyrolean mountain people rub themselves after an injury, during periods of heavy work, such as haymaking or harvesting, but also during heavy forestry work, to help them recover quickly.
