The effect of Penergetic-T fattening
on carcass quality in swine fattening phase

Objective
1. To study Penergetic –t fattening varied dosage will be effect to carcass quality of swine fed product for 1 month before send to slaughter house
Material and Method
1. 600 fattening pigs in 1 house average 80 kg weight separated by sex were devised into 3 group by ;
Control 360 fattening pigs separated castrated and female were separated 3 pens in each 60 pigs per pen ; the control group were fed normal feed without
Penergetic-t fattening
Treatment 1 120 fattening pigs separated castrated and female were allocated 2 pens in each 60 pigs per pen; the treatment 1 were fed 100 ppm Penergetic-t
fattening for 1 month of production period
Treatment 2 120 fattening pigs separated castrated and female were devised 2 pens in each 60 pigs per pen ; Treatment 1 were fed 150 ppm Penergetic-t
fattening for 1 month of production period
2. The all fattening pig were fed 2 time per day by automatic feeder.

Penergetic-T fattening field trial designed swine housing

Collect data
• The pigs all group were tested for 1 month or weight avg 110-125 kg before sent to slaughter house

• The carcass quality were checked in each group by LSQ standard byPfeiffer & Falkenberg (1972);

The Physical body of
150 ppm Penergetic-t
fattening group

Conclusion
• The both of 100 and 150 ppm Penergetic –t group shown the benefit of carcass quality by the deposit of back fat were more reduced than control recorded data follow by LSQ standard when compare with control group (0.20>0.22>0.35 LSQ).
• In the treatment of Penergetic –t fattening both of 100 and 150 ppm group were shown the response of sex to carcass quality. The results shown that female had trend to increase carcass quality more than castrated pig.
• The effect of Penergetic-t fattening both of 100 and 150 ppm to pig final weight shown that the pig lower than 120 kg weight had trend to response to product more than the pig over 120 kg weight.                                                                                                                                                                                                                •The effect of the difference between dosage rate 100 and 150 ppm Penergetic-t fattening in carcass quality , the results shown that there had no any effect when increase dosage rate from 100 to 150 ppm.
• No effect of Penergetic –t fattening product interact between control or any treatment due to the results in carcass quality had been shown that there has the total difference of the result even the pigs were tested in the same housing.
